I'm torn. I don't know if I should watch the movie Twilight or not. At first I really didn't want to because although Robert Pattinson is a good actor (he played Cedric Diggory really well in my opinion), he's no Edward Cullen. Edward is THE smex.

However after seeing the trailer, I'm not so sure anymore. The effects look remarkable. [link]

Taylor Lautner looks like he'll play a good Jacob though. I'm kinda iffy on Peter Facinelli playing Carlisle. I always imagined Carlisle having a kind of "bishie" look to him (ignore my fangirl japanese for a moment. It was the only word I could think of to properly explain it). We shall see though.

Kellan Lutz does not fit Emmett. Emmett is a bear. Lutz is not a bear. Muscular, but not a bear. Christian Serratos
looks too ditzy to play Angela. I kinda imagined Angela having a very Aerith (FF7) look to her.

Elizabeth Reaser will play an amazing Esme. She looks that part, and she has an air about her that will really fit the role. Nikki Reed playing Rosalie? I think shell do a suitable job, but I'm sure. Ashley Greene is playing Alice. Alice is supposed to be graceful and pixie-like. Hmm... Rachelle Lefevre will be an amazing Victoria. Jackson Rathbone I can sort of see as Jasper. Well, more old-Jasper.

Cam Gigandet as James?? I guess... Billy Burke as Charlie might work. Edi Gathegi as Laurent?!?! I never imagined a black person as a vampire. I'm not being racist, it's just... how are they going to do the whole "freakishly pale" thing with a black guy?

Anyone else who has read the series, I'd ADORE to know your opinion.
